Both restaurants offer take-out and dine-in.

"I am so proud of what you have going here," Supervisor Ed Lachterman told co-owner Sindy Lin. "I can't tell you how much we're pulling for you. You and your partners will do fantastic business here."

The residential-retail building at 385 Kear Street, which opened in 2024, has 2,567 square feet of ground-floor retail with six apartments on the two upper floors.

"You guys are going to crush it," Councilman Patrick Murphy told Lin. "Online the reviews are awesome already. We wish you good luck."

Lin’s family also operates Wild Fusion in Mohegan Lake and used to operate Flame Asian Bistro at the Jefferson Valley Mall.

"The place is absolutely beautiful," said Councilman Sergio Esposito. "I came here on the soft opening and had a chicken sandwich. It was outrageous."
