Noisy Exhaust Leads To Driving Without License Charge: PD
An officer was on routine patrol when he said he stopped the violation.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Yorktown man was accused of driving without a license after being stopped for traffic violations.
The Yorktown Police Department said Cornelius Boddie, 24, of Yorktown, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and unlicensed operator and inadequate exhaust, traffic infractions.
Police said, shortly before 10 a.m. Sunday, an officer said he saw a car that had an inadequate exhaust.

During a traffic stop, Boddie, who was the driver, was found to have a suspended license, police said.
He was arrested, processed and issued traffic tickets for the charges.

Boddie was released to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court April 26.
