ELMSFORD, NY — The Paws Crossed Animal Rescue mission "to rescue one by one until there are none" just got a Great Dane-sized boost.

With this newest chapter comes a brand new adoption center, 4 new cat rooms, 3 meet-and-greet rooms, a pet supply store, an increase of office space, a community room for important programming and a much needed, much requested clinic.

"Paws Crossed has been a member of the Phillips Charitable Foundation grantee family since soon after our inception. Beginning with a 'Marie Barth - Small Grants Award' in 2018 to emergency funding during the pandemic and now with their expansion, we’ve been delighted to provide funding for important needs. Under the leadership of Jennifer Angelucci and Julie Potter, Paws Crossed has grown into an organization with tremendous community connections and support," said Eileen Gross, Founder, Phillips Charitable Foundation. "We are thrilled to help them realize their dream of expanding the facility through their 'There’s No Place Like Home' campaign."
