Police: Ossining Man Steals Two Vehicles from Yorktown Business Parking Lot

A 50-year-old Ossining man faces criminal charges after he allegedly stole two vehicles from a business parking lot, said. 

Keith F. Hoyt was charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. 

Police initiated the investigation after they received a call from a business owner at 1735 Front Street on Aug. 16. Hoyt allegedly stole two vehicles which were parked in the business' parking lot. The vehicles, valued at a total of $3,000, were stolen by Hoyt towing them from the scene, police said.

Hoyt voluntarily appeared at police headquarters on Aug. 16 at which time he was arrested. The man was remanded to the Westchester County Jail without bail. The defendant was scheduled to appear in on Aug. 21.
