Queens Man Grabbed Woman's Breasts: PD

Police said the incident happened back in April but was reported earlier this month.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Queens resident was accused of grabbing a woman's breasts.

The Yorktown Police Department said Willy Jean-Francois, 36, of Jamaica, was charged Tuesday with forcible touching, a misdemeanor.

Police said, around 8:30 p.m. Aug. 6, a report was received about a past domestic incident.

An officer met with the victim and started an investigation.

The victim said that, on April 2, Jean-Francois forcibly grabbed her breasts multiple times.

Jean-Francois arrived at the Yorktown Police Department Tuesday and was arrested.

He was processed on the charge and arraigned. A temporary order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.

Jean-Francois was released on his own recognizance to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court Sept. 20.
