Sleepy Hollow Man Accused Of Driving Drunk
Police had initially received a call about an erratic driver.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Sleepy Hollow man was arrested after being accused of drunken driving in Yorktown.
Police said, around 5:30 p.m. Thursday, a call was received about an erratic driver traveling east on Crompond Road who had pulled into a parking lot on the road.
Cesar Zhingri, 60, of Sleepy Hollow, was the driver and sole occupant, police, and it was determined he was intoxicated from alcohol.

He was arrested and taken to the Yorktown Police Department where he was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Zhingri was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent and driving while intoxicated, first offense, misdemeanors.

After processing, he was issued traffic tickets and released to a responsible adult.
Zhingri is scheduled to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court April 21.
