Yonkers Man Accused Of Stealing From Yorktown BJ's Wholesale
Police said the theft happened back in June.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Yonkers man was accused of stealing more than $500 worth of merchandise from a warehouse store.
The Yorktown Police Department said, around 3:40 p.m. June 10, they received a report from BJ's Wholesale Club about a theft.
An officer began an investigation and, with the assistance of a detective, identified Carlos Jessamy, 45, of Yonkers, as the person who stole assorted merchandise from BJ's with a total value of $575.39.

Further investigation discovered Jessamy was in the custody of the Westchester County Corrections.
On Tuesday, the Yorktown Justice Court made arrangements for him to be brought to the police department for arrest processing.

After being processed, Jessamy was turned back over to the county on unrelated charges.
