4. Hallmark wants extras for an upcoming film at the Biltmore Estate. How to apply (newsobserver.com) — Hallmark is coming back to Asheville’s Biltmore Estate and downtown locations this January to film a new Gilded Age holiday movie, and they’re looking for local extras. Paid background roles run Jan. 12–Feb. 2, with $120 for an eight-hour day and possible overtime. Applicants of all ages can email a photo and basic details to the casting director.
