• 17 Catamounts Participate in 2025 Fall Commencement (catamountsports.com) — Western Carolina University in Cullowhee celebrated 17 Catamount student‑athletes at fall commencement in the Ramsey Center, including four who completed graduate degrees. Football, basketball, softball, baseball, track and field, and soccer were all represented, with several standout players finishing notable careers while a few still retain athletic eligibility as they move forward academically.
