DUTIES:

• Replace, align, adjust, and repair major portions of heating systems such as oil and gas burners, motors, blowers, pilots, igniters and thermostatic control devices, fan coil units, air handling units, pumps and values.
• Replace and repair air conditioning and refrigeration units including a variety of compressors such as gear, reciprocating, centrifugal or rotary pump, and a variety of refrigerant controls such as those with low and high pressure side floats, automatic thermostatic expansion values, capillary or choke types and those based on volume or quantity changes.
• Installs, maintains, repairs and replaces electrical service components that involves disconnects, starters, circuit breakers, fuse panels, conductors, conduits and enclosures that serve various HVAC and other mechanical equipment.
• Installs, troubleshoots, maintains and repairs complex direct digital controls for a wide variety of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Monitors building controls from a central location for troubleshooting or locally with a laptop.
• Installs, maintains, repairs and replaces hot water circulating boilers, warm air furnaces, hot water heaters and related equipment, which are gas and fuel oil fired.
• Maintains and repairs supply and drain piping.
• Conducts preventive maintenance inspections on heating and air conditioning systems areas in accordance with locally developed plan.

Duties:

As Systems Administrator, plans, schedules, and coordinates the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.  Troubleshoots deficiencies to identify and isolate sources and root causes.  Serve as the primary technical expert for IT technical issues and challenges within DoDEA DDESS network infrastructure.  Plans, schedules, and executes the installation and detailed assessment of new or modified hardware, operating systems, and applications software.  Document and maintains system configuration.  Oversees management of IT accounts, network rights and access to systems and equipment to ensure consistent application of established policies and procedures, and to evaluate the effectiveness of established business processes.  Analyzes systems administration Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on a continuing basis to identify potential refinements

As Network Administrator, is responsible for the analysis, planning, design, development, implementation and management of DoDEA DDESS infrastructure operations.  Duties include installation, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, gateways, and other communications devices necessary to support data, voice, and video systems.  Configure VLAN, VPN, and VoIP parameters necessary to support local and remote network operations.  Serve as primary technical expert for IT operational issues and challenges that arise in data centre and network operations.  Serves as a senior technical specialist for information management functions; analyzes, designs, and implements network systems; provides technical expertise for complex and interrelated information processing technologies.  Performs network system security assurance functions: ensures password controls and procedures are followed, prepares and forwards network access requests to appropriate organization, maintains and administers firewall hardware and software to ensure network security.  Installs, troubleshoots, and coordinates LAN/WAN hardware and software support services.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

GS-12: Senior Social Workers at this level have experience that demonstrates possession of advanced practice skills and judgement.  At least two years should be in an area of specialized social work practice.  Senior social workers must be licensed (LCSW) or certified by a state at the advanced practice level which included an ASWB advanced generalist or clinical examination, unless they are grandfathered by the state in which they are licensed to practice at the advanced practice level (Provisionals not Accepted).  Senior social workers may have certification or other post-masters training from a nationally recognized professional organization or university that includes a defined curriculum/course of study and internship or equivalent supervised professional experience in a specialty.

Education: Masters Degree in Social Work in Social Work and 2 years post graduation in specialized area of social work.

Education & Experience: Masters Degree in Social Work and should have at least 2 years (post Masters Degree) in an area of specialized social work practice and licensed or hold certification in a state at the advanced  practice level.

JOB SUMMARY:

Target Intelligence Analyst responsible for solving difficult and complex analytical problems. Conducts all-source analysis in support of the preparation of target intelligence packages, enemy vulnerability assessments, and collection / target methodology plans. Develops in-depth intelligence analytical assessments to determine best methodology to counter enemy threat forces or technology in proximity to an operational objective area. Provides contingency planners with critical intelligence assessments, annexes, and estimates during no-notice or extremely short-notice exercises or crisis events to support course of action development. Conducts in-depth research and analysis using state-of-the-art intelligence research tools and automated data processing equipment. Prepares and edits integrated intelligence products, such as briefings, intelligence assessments, target intelligence packets, and intelligence estimates to operational orders. Targets Intelligence Analyst during coordination and liaison with counterparts throughout the national intelligence community, intelligence and operational staffs of the Unified Commands, military services, and other government agencies.  Plans, and coordinates the work of assigned personnel. Supports priorities, assigns, reviews, and accepts or amends work of targeting officers. Supports performance standards. Ability to conduct detailed analysis focused on unique mission requirements, formulate intelligence plans, develop regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPS), apply new command policies and guidance as required, and provide direction to subordinate commands for intelligence support.
