Baja Chicken Tacos Sizzle on Blue Moon Cafe's Summer Menu

Blue Moon Café , located in the Historic Downtown Fayetteville is always crowded inside and out. The patio seating is always full of foodies sipping craft beer or wine noshing on appetizers.

Popular on their menu for summer is their Baja Chicken Tacos with chili lime chicken, lettuce, a three cheese blend, pico de gallo and chipotle ranch. This also includes a side of black bean and corn salad. The staff suggest pairing it with their Caribbean Lager.

The manager and head chef, Kirk Brue has brought some wonderful combinations on the menu that pair craft beers and wine list.

Looking for something traditional like the fig baked brie in a puffed pastry as an appetizer and the grilled smoked salmon panini.
