DYMO Endicia provided one USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate box for each family to fill on a first come, first serve basis, and the boxes were shipped for free to Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office and Diplomatic Post Office addresses.

The U.S. Postal Service is the only way to ship directly to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at domestic shipping rates with no added costs, and electronic postage solutions can make the process easier.
