Condolences come from Lightening family supporters.

Following Thursday's tragic shooting at Fort Bragg, the 525th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade posted this on their Facebook page:
On behalf of the Command, Soldiers, and Families of 525th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, thank you for your thoughts, prayers and condolences. At this time we would like direct all inquiries to the Fort Bragg Public Affairs Office. Due to the nature of this tragedy and the ongoing investigation, we ask that you please refrain from discussing specific information about this incident out of respect for the Families and unit members who are directly involved.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time," said Peter Clute.
