POLL: Does the Punishment Fit the Crime for Col. James H. Johnson III?

Crimes could be referred for reduction to O-5.

Convicted of two of the 15 counts on his June 13 sentencing, Col. James Johnson III, former commander of 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team incurred a light sentence considering his bigamy and other charges.

Sunday's Army Times news reported that soldiers of all ranks have expressed outrage at the lack of punishment and much of the talk stems back to the inequality amongst the ranks for such behavior.
