Teen Sought on Attempted First Degree Murder Charges
Cumberland County Sheriff's Office needs help finding Don Jarmel James Paschall.

Detectives are searching for a local teen wanted on charges of attempted first degree murder.
18-year old Don Jarmel James Paschall of 6438 Green Meadow Road, Fayetteville has been eluding law enforcement officers since June 13, 2012.

Investigators say Paschall got into an argument with a relative’s boyfriend and shot him once in the abdomen and then fired a shot at the victim’s head. The third shot that Paschall attempted to fire, failed. Paschall is then accused of striking the man in the head with the gun and fleeing, according to Debbie Tanna, Cumberland County spokesman.
Detectives say Paschall is believed to be hiding with the help of family and friends in the Fayetteville area. He is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

Paschall is a black male, five feet seven inches tall and weighs approximately 134 pounds. He has short cropped black hair and hazel eyes.
Paschall also has tattoos on his body, to include; flames with the words “New York” and “Loyalty” on his left arm. On his right arm are tattoos of stars with the words “Forever Live DP” and “Fayetteville.”
