Iradell Sheriff Elected To North Carolina Sheriff's Association
Iredell County Sheriff Darren Campbell has been named third vice president of the association.

IREDELL COUNTY, NC — Iredell County Sheriff Darren Campbell has been elected third vice president of the North Carolina Sheriff's Association.
In a post on Facebook, the county sheriff's office announced the election took place on Tuesday at the 2020 Annual Summer Business Meeting in Raleigh.
Before becoming vice president, Campbell served as Sergeant of Arms in the association's legislative committee and auditing committee.

Now the association's Third Vice President, Campbell is also on the board of directors for the National Sheriff's Association, according to the post. He is also a committee member on the Juvenile Jurisdiction Advisory Committee.
