Iredell Man Facing 6 Counts Of Sexual Exploitation Of A Minor

IREDELL COUNTY, NC — A Statesville man was arrested and charged with numerous crimes after the Iredell County Sheriff's Office received a tip he was possibly in possession of child pornography.

According to the sheriff's office, investigators received a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children in June that Christoper Allen Miller, 31, of Statesville was possibly in possession of child pornography.

A special victims unit detective reviewed the information and obtained several search warrants.

Based on the evidence obtained, investigators charged Miller with six counts of felony third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, and one county of felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

His secured bond was set at $50,000, ICSO said.
