Positive COVID-19 Case Prompts Mooresville Library Closure
The Mooresville Public Library said the closure was "out of an abundance of caution." Here's when it will reopen.

MOORESVILLE, NC — The Mooresville Public Library announced an impromptu closure Monday afternoon following a positive COVID-19 confirmation.
The closure, which was to begin at 1 p.m., would remain in effect through Monday, Jan. 4, it said.
"We were informed of a positive result today, and out of an abundance of caution, we will be taking the necessary precautions, including deep cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting for the safety of our employees and the public," the library announced. "We intend to reopen on Monday, January 4th and resume our normal business hours."

The library is located at 304 S. Main Street in Mooresville.
