Santa In The Fire Truck Heads To Mooresville: Event Details
Santa will be riding through Mooresville on a fire truck this weekend. Here's where you need to be to spot him.
MOORESVILLE, NC — Santa will be spreading holiday cheer alongside the Grinch this weekend in Mooresville. The duo will be riding through town on a fire truck Sunday, Dec. 13, Mooresville Parks & Recreation said.
Santa is set to visit the following locations in Mooresville:
- 1p.m. - 1:30 p.m. — Hope Park, 170 Joe Knox Blvd.
- 1:30 p.m. - 2 p.m. — Cornelius Road Park, 247 Cornelius Road
- 2 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. — Bellingham Park, 1600 Bellingham Dr.
- 2:30 p.m. - 3 p.m. — Main Street from Fire station 1 to Alino’s
"Please note that Santa will arrive between these time frames and will not be on-site the entire time so please be parked prior to his estimated arrival," organizers said.

Here are other tips for the Santa sightings, according to organizers:
- Please visit the park or location closest to your home.
- If, possible, remain in your vehicle, or near it.
- Maintain a minimum distance of 6ft if out of your vehicle.
- Santa will be driving through, he will not be stopping for photos, though he may have a special treat for the kids.
