- Mark and Melba Reese's property on Bradford Glyn Drive has been chosen by the Mooresville Beautification Committee as this year's Yard of Distinction! The award was reportedly presented to the Reese's by Mickie Hager of the Beautification Committee. Congratulations Reese's!(Mooresville Tribune)

- It's pool time in Mooresville! The War Memorial Pool is now officially open for the 2022 summer season! Swim hours are Monday-Friday 1-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday noon-6 p.m. Public swim is $3 per person. No reservations are needed this year for public swim.
