1. Mark and Melba Reese's property on Bradford Glyn Drive has been chosen by the Mooresville Beautification Committee as this year's Yard of Distinction! The award was reportedly presented to the Reese's by Mickie Hager of the Beautification Committee. Congratulations Reese's!(Mooresville Tribune)
2. Looking to add a shaggy ball of four-legged love and affection to your family and have a positive impact on the Mooresville community at the same time? Adopt a pet from a local shelter or organization! Pet adoption agencies in and around Mooresville have dogs, cats and other kinds of pets ready and waiting for someone to take them home. (Patch)
3. It's pool time in Mooresville! The War Memorial Pool is now officially open for the 2022 summer season! Swim hours are Monday-Friday 1-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday noon-6 p.m. Public swim is $3 per person. No reservations are needed this year for public swim.
