Chesterbrook Academy® Summer Campers Donate to Children with Cancer

Summer campers at eight Chesterbrook Academy Preschool locations in North Carolina including – Charlotte, Huntersville, Denver, Cary, and Raleigh – and Chesterbrook Academy Elementary and Middle School in Cary recently worked together to raise more than $3,400 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), a national childhood cancer foundation dedicated to funding impactful research, raising awareness, supporting families, and empowering everyone to help cure childhood cancer. To raise money for the organization, campers sold lemonade and various treats to their fellow campers, families, staff, and teachers.

Through this initiative, students learned the importance of giving back to their communities and helping others in need.
