Ohioan Wanted On Child Pornography Charges Sought By FBI

CANTON, OH — The FBI is asking for help finding an Ohio man wanted for child pornography charges.

Dennis E. Horn, 69, of Smithville, has been accused of receiving and distributing visual depictions of real minors engage in sexually explicit conduct and knowingly possessing or accessing with intent to view child pornography.

The FBI began investigating Horn in January when they discovered his IP address making child exploitative material online for sharing, investigators said.

Additional details on Horn's case cannot be shared because the arrest warrant affidavit is under seal until Horn appears in federal court, the FBI said.
