Lake In Mogadore Transforms Into Mirror, Stunning: Photo Of The Day Ohio

ACROSS OHIO — This time, the photo of the day is double the beauty, double the breath-taking. While a photo of a peaceful, clear lake is certainly not ugly, Jason Sweitzer from Akron snapped a photo in Mogadore — a village in Portage County and suburb of Akron — that took this concept and doubled it.

The blue sky with fluffy clouds seems comforting when it first appears at the top of the photo. But then, after the line of separation from the lush trees, the clouds and sky are back. This time the effect is more eerie and akin to a funhouse mirror that works in an unexpected way. The lake perfectly mirrors the sky, creating a photo of a double sky with a line of trees.
