Two Cuban brothers are reuniting for Tuesday Musical's Akron Concert Series on March 1,7:30 p.m., at E.J. Thomas Performing Arts Hall (198 Hill St.). Pianist and composer Aldo Lopez-Gavilan will join the acclaimed Harlem Quartet, founded by Aldo's brother and violinist Ilmar Lopez-Gavilan, in a program featuring a piano masterpiece by Robert Schumann and Afro-Cuban jazz. Concert tickets begin at $19 at tuesdaymusical.org or by calling 330.761.3460. As with all Tuesday Musical concerts, tickets are free for all students on concert night at the Thomas Hall Ticket Office. As a prelude to the concert, Tuesday Musical is collaborating with downtown Akron's Nightlight Cinema to screen Los Hermanos/The Brothers on February 28.
