7 of 10 Most Costly Homes Sold This Week From Avon, Avon Lake

Eight of the top 11 properties sold this week were in Avon or Avon Lake, according to the Lorain County Auditor’s Office.  Eight of those were for single family homes and one was for vacant property in Avon.

Those properties ranged from $229,900 in Avon Lake to $388,000 in Elyria, for an apartment building.

The least expensive home sold this week was at 231 W 38th St. in Lorain, a foreclosed home that sold for $12,870.
