Avon, Avon Lake Football Update: Next Game, Ranking

AVON, OH — The Avon Eagles are the No. 1 team in Division II, Region 6 in the latest OHSAA football rankings.

The Eagles are currently 6-2. They beat Berea-Midpark last week, notching a final score of 49-14. This Friday, they'll play Midview at home. The regular season will conclude on the road against Amherst.

The Avon Lake Shoremen are No. 5 in the region, with a similar 6-2 record. They beat Elyria, 16-14, last week. They'll play Olmsted Falls on the road on Friday, before ending the regular season at home against North Ridgeville.
