Avon High Football Nominated For Browns Game Of The Week
The Eagles will take on Brunswick this Friday.
AVON, OH — The Avon High football team will kick-off the season Friday when they play Brunswick. The contest is nominated for Cleveland Browns game of the week.
If Avon High versus Brunswick High is selected for game of the week, the Browns will cover the game on their website and social media and the winning team will receive $2,500 for its football program. Fans can vote for their school to be selected online.
Kick-off is at 7 p.m. at Brunswick Auto Mart Stadium, 3581 Center Road.

The other games nominated for Browns Game of the Week are:
- Solon vs Hudson
- St. Vincent-St. Mary vs Wadsworth
- Glenville vs Chardon
