3. The next Hall of Fame Spotlight for the HOF Class of 2022 is Lisa Bommer and the next Hall of Fame Class of 2022 inductee spotlight is Jamie Wimmer. Lisa graduated in 1977 and played volleyball and basketball at AHS. She spent 26 years in the Avon Lake City School District as a speech/language therapist. She retired after 30 years of public education teaching in 2011. Jamie graduated from Avon High School in 2001. He was a four-year letter winner in both football and track and field. Among his other athletic accolades, he received the Male Athlete of The Year in 2000-01 and a full scholarship to play football at the University of Cincinnati.
