
David Joseph Werner, 42 of Avon formerly of Avon Lake passed away Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013. He was born April 1, 1970 in Elyria and had lived in Avon the past 11years.
David was a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in psychology. He was a real estate agent and was also a bartender in Cleveland; his family remarked that it was as a bartender that he put his psychology degree to work.
David loved nature and being outside. Some activities that he enjoyed included golfing, biking, hiking, fishing, cooking, swimming, skiing, and sledding.
David is survived by his wife, Lisa M. Inman-Werner whom he married Oct. 12, 2002. He is also survived by his parents Gary and Jeanette (nee Rundle) Werner of Avon Lake; brother, Gary Edward Werner (Julie) of Seattle, WA, as well as his aunts, Elaine Werner Long, Barbara Miszczak (Rodney), and Luella Rushworth (James) and uncles, Edward Rose Rundle (Janet) and Joseph Rundle (Joyce). Other survivors include his mother-in-law, Denise Inman (DelGuidice); brother-in-law, Michael Inman and godmother, Diane Dryer (Don). David also leave many nieces, nephews and cousins, and a plethora of friends.
Friends may call at the Busch Funeral Home, 163 Avon Belden Road, Avon Lake, from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., Sunday, March 3. The memorial service will be at the funeral home on March 3 at 4pm.
