1. There are two more days of the Duck Tape Festival to enjoy at Mercy Health Stadium. This year's theme is, " Knock It Out of the Park"! Tonight's gates open at 4 p.m. On Sunday, gates will open at 11 a.m. There is something for everyone, from inflatables to ax throwing and everything in between. See you there! 2. Get out those running shoes and get ready for America's 5K which will be held on Sunday, July 3 at the Veterans Memorial Park in Avon. See how you do on the "Course of Courage" and race at the exclusive opening of the Running Course at Veterans Memorial Park and Eagle Point. A course reportedly developed as a give back to the local community in honor of Service and Scholarship and those in need.
