Following Doctor's Orders Would Have Been Wise
The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Instead of just a hangover, a man now has a DUI arrest as well after not following medical advice.
were called around 12:19 a.m. on April 10 after staff at said an intoxicated man left the building against doctor's advice and without signing any paperwork. The man was seen leaving the parking lot in a silver Ford F-150.Â
A few minutes later, police pulled over and arrested Steven Hanks, 51, as he was getting onto the eastbound on-ramp to Interstate 90 from Route 83.
