Walk into health with the North Ridgeville Heart and Sole Collaborative this summer.

Every Thursday, from now, through August 26th, the North Ridgeville Heart and Sole Collaborative hosts Healthy Strides at South Central Park, 7565 Avon Belden Road in North Ridgeville. Join us under Pavilion #1 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and take strides toward a healthier lifestyle. Participants will receive Produce Bucks for every walk they attend! Cash in Bucks for locally grown fruits and vegetables at Gerhart’s Garden, 33840 Lorain Road in North Ridgeville, and Willie’s Farm Market, 8605 Root Road in North Ridgeville.

Step up your physical activity and visit the fitness trails at Shady Drive Complex, 37077 Shady Drive in North Ridgeville, as well as South Central Park. The Parks and Recreation Department regularly maintains both trails. Enjoy a safe, fun and beautiful outdoor environment for all ages to engage in physical activity with other members of the community.

The North Ridgeville Heart and Sole Collaborative makes it easier for you to stay active and healthy within your own community. Heart and Sole focuses on improving chronic disease in the City of North Ridgeville by encouraging active living and healthy eating.
