Staff walk beginners through safe, basic use so they can later book time to personalize gifts, launch small-business projects, or simply experiment creatively.
   

• Latta announces academy nominations « The VW independent (thevwindependent.com) — Two Avon High School students, Trevor Grzelak and Michele Smith, have been nominated by Congressman Bob Latta for possible appointments to U.S. service academies, including the Air Force Academy.
