From my notebook:
- Cleveland Clinic: "Even though it may seem gross, burping is a normal bodily function! It is your body‘s way of expelling excess gas from your stomach. When we swallow food or drinks, it goes through a tube called the esophagus and into the stomach. It’s acid and digestive enzymes work to break food down into nutrients that we use for energy. Gas is created in this process. If you are burping a lot, your diet may be to blame." (Cleveland Clinic via Instagram)
- Love-A-Stray Dog Division Non-Profit Rescue: "Meet Skyler, a beautiful female husky rescued from a puppy mill. She is very sweet, shy and loves other dogs! Skyler is looking for a husky-loving home with a fenced in yard so she can have freedom to run and play. She is about one year old." (Love-A-Stray Dog Division Non-Profit Rescue via Facebook)
- Avon Lake City Schools: "We totally love celebrating homecoming! (1985 Shore Log)." (Avon Lake City Schools via Facebook)
- AELC and East Boosters: "Did you sign your child up for the walk-a-thon yet? pledgestar.com/avon/ You can raise money and earn prizes even if you can't attend! To volunteer at the event: https://www.signupgenius.com/g... Thank you!" (AELC and East Boosters via Facebook)
