Zinio is the world’s largest newsstand hosting complete digital magazines and publications. The Library has subscribed to 81 of the most popular magazines and they are now available for you to download to your eReader device. Go to www.alpl.org, click on Digital Media, and then click on the “zinio” icon.

Story Times have begun and will run through Thursday, March 28. Family Story Times (babies, toddlers and preschoolers with participating adult) are Mondays and Tuesdays at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., and 1 p.m., and Thursdays at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.. Evening Family Story Times (for the entire family) are Monday and Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m. Step-up Club (4, 5, and 6 year olds on their own) is Wednesdays at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

During the month of January, enjoy the Avon Lake Local History Art Collection in the Waugaman Gallery. This collection is normally on display in the McMahan Room (meeting room on lower level), but during the month of January you can enjoy this wonderful collection that was recently refurbished by the Library and Catherine Nowak of Vintage Gallery in Avon Lake.
