The event will be graced by guest speaker Paul Sloop, who has been the lead programmer of short films for the festival since 2003 and a part of the short film selection team since 1998.Sloop will provide brief historical facts about the CIFF and his role as Short Films Programmer. He will also discuss the highlights of this year's festival and some "need to know" facts about attending.
