Here are the top three stories in Cincinnati today:

  1. According to the Covington Police Department, one person is dead following a shooting which occurred on Saturday. Tarrell White, 28, is wanted for shooting Antwon Mulder, 33, of Cincinnati. Mulder was suffering from a gunshot wound when police arrived and later died at the hospital. (WLWT Cincinnati)
  2. A five-year-old child sustained severe injuries after a driver hit the child and fled the scene. The child was attempting to cross the 2800 block of Glenway Avenue. As of the time of publishing, the Cincinnati Police Department is unsure if speed or impairment was involved. (WHIO)
  3. Property taxes are expected to increase in 2024 – the first break from the rollback policy in more than 20 years. The revenue from the tax increase would be about $36 million, costing about $39 extra per $100,000 of home value a year. (WVXU)
