Here are the top three stories today in Cincinnati:

  1. A Hamilton County police officer was arrested and charged with domestic violence over the weekend. According to police, K-9 handler Officer William Holmes, 44, was put on paid leave and stripped of his police powers, including taking his firearms. (WLWT Cincinnati)
  2. A 27-year-old man is facing charges after punching a 6-month-old baby while attacking a woman. According to police, William Stiver of Cincinnati hit the baby in the head and bit the woman in the face. He was charged with child endangering, domestic violence, and resisting arrest.   3. The rate has skyrocketed for employees who missed work due to lack of childcare this year, so a new co-working space with childcare opened in Walnut Hills to help parents. Office spaces and art studios can be rented out with onsite childcare – the first in the tri-state area. The center inside the Church of Advent is called Caalma, which loosely translates to home for the soul. (WLWT Cincinnati)
