Cleveland Heights Man Indicted on Mortgage Scheme

Solon Patch has reported that a Cleveland Heights man is one of a dozen people indicted last week by a grand jury and accused of being involved in a mortgage fraud scheme.
David Richards, 49, and the others were charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud, mail fraud and money laundering, according to the article in Solon Patch.Â
The 27 properties involved are mostly in Cleveland and Solon, and were purchased between March 2004 and June 2006.
