Cleveland Heights Police Blotter: Man Uses Stolen Credit Card at CVS, Then Comes Back

Police arrested the 47-year-old during his second trip

  • Someone stole items from a house on Washington Boulevard April 14. A 47-year-old man used a credit card stolen from the home at the on Lee Road. Police arrived after the suspect had left. But then the suspect came back to CVS, and an employee called to tell police that he had returned. He was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property, as officers could not prove he burglarized the home. 
  • A flat screen TV, laptop, DVD player, Xbox and Wii were stolen from a home on Bluestone Road April 14.
  • Two televisions were stolen from a home on Nela View Road April 14.
