Cleveland Heights Police Set Up New Informational Phone Line
Residents can call 216-291-5010 to speak to ranking officers

The has established a phone line for situations that don’t require a police officer’s attention immediately.
“It’s tied to the . It’s a phone number that people can call, and it goes into a ranking officer’s office,” said Jeff Robertson, police chief. “It’s for informational purposes, or if they have questions about city services and it’s off hours."
Residents should still call 911 and 216-321-1234 for emergencies and urgent matters, but Robertson said use this line, 216-291-5010, for questions and information on topics ranging from vacant houses in the neighborhood to Safety Town.

The line is answered 24 hours a day.
"We can give them tips and they can give us tips," Robertson said.
