The Hanging Judge: Citizen Participation and Meadowbrook Lee.

Cleveland Heights City Hall treats citizen participation ifor Meadowbrook Lee development the same way the hanging judge treated defendants.

Cleveland Heights City Hall treats citizen participation in the Meadowbrook Lee development the same way the hanging judge treated defendants. "We'll give you a fair trial, and then we're going to hang you!" The City has managed citizen participation, but never taken it into account.

We launched the initiative that became issue 9 because we want a PUBLIC PARK at Meadowbrook-Lee. But the Issue has become about the development. WE NEED A BETTER PLAN. If you read the development agreement you will see that the city has agreed to sell Flaherty & Collins the five acres of commercial property in year 40 for $10. That is not a typo! $10 for 5 acres of our city's most valuable land.

Please vote Yes on issue 9.
