"I wanted to let you know that I will be spending much of next week camped in the Cedar-Lee District to be available for anyone to stop by and meet with me. I’ll be available to discuss any planning topic, but especially the Cedar-Lee-Meadowbrook project – including the process, schedule, and any thoughts or comments that individuals may have. These interactions are meant to be informal, giving folks the opportunity to speak with me one-on-one – there is no formal agenda or presentation.

My schedule is as follows:

  • Monday, November 15: 3:30-5:30 pm at the Lee Road Library, Room 'A'
  • Tuesday, November 16: 11 am-1 pm on the Meadowbrook site (weather permitting) and 4-6 pm at CLE Urban Winery
  • Wednesday, November 17: 11 am-1 pm at the Wine Spot
  • Thursday, November 18: 3-7 pm at Zagara’s
  • Friday, November 19: 9-11 am on the Meadowbrook site (weather permitting)

There may be some additional opportunities added to the schedule. In addition, for those days I’ll be on the Meadowbrook site it will be “weather permitting” and I may have to reschedule those events. These dates and any changes will be reflected on the Planning Department’s webpage: https://www.clevelandheights.com/183/Planning-Department. I also may be invited to individual residences for smaller conversations that would be arranged by the homeowner(s).

It would be great to see you at some point during the week. Please share this email with your friends, family, and neighbors, especially those that live in close proximity to the District. I’d like to thank in advance my hosts – the Library, Wine Spot, Zagara’s, and CLE Urban Winery.

Looking forward to meeting and seeing many of you,"
Eric
