Nighttown To Purchase Two City Parcels for Expansion

Cleveland Heights City Council approves measure to sell property to local jazz club and restaurant.

Cleveland Heights City Council approved a measure allowing Nighttown Jazz Club and Restaurant to buy two city-owned parcels to expand their business.

The measure was approved unanimously at Monday's meeting.

Nighttown will buy the two properties for $25,000 — one directly north of the restuarant on Cedar Road, and one west of the building.
