The same blotter details New Year’s gunfire on Monticello, a serious domestic violence arrest on North Taylor, and a felony fleeing incident on Lee Road, underscoring ongoing safety concerns in several neighborhoods.

Edwards, who started skating at the Cleveland Heights Rec Center, credits years of sacrifice and community support, while neighbors are now organizing a Jan. 29 sendoff at CLE Urban Winery to help the family get overseas.
