UPDATE: Missing Cleveland Heights Man Found Alive

UPDATE: Missing Cleveland Heights attorney, Evan Byron has been found safe in Mason, Ohio near Cincinnati. The following message was posted on the Find Evan Byron Facebook page:

HE IS ALIVE! I have no details to share, but CHPD called about 20 minutes ago. He is alive and well in Mason, Ohio (Cincinnati) and ok.

Thank you to everyone who shared these posts, sent your prayers and thoughts. It will be a long road back but together we can assist Evan.

At the request of family no details are being disclosed. Please remember that Evan will need us all more than ever as he needs good friends to surround him.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Cleveland Heights police are asking for the public's help finding Evan Byron, 36, who has been missing since August 3rd.

According to Cleveland Heights police, Byron, was last seen Wednesday night at the Clarion Hotel on Chagrin Boulevard in Beachwood and on Thursday, he charged his credit card at a hotel in Fairlawn, Ohio.

Fox8.com reports that he was last seen wearing a purple dress shirt, khaki pants and brown oxford style shoes. He was last seen driving a black Mazda 6 with Ohio license plate GNX2102.

Anyone with information on Evan’s whereabouts is asked to call Cleveland Heights Police at 216-321-1234.
