Sunny Spot Lounge in Cleveland Heights Deemed 'danger to the surrounding community'
A man was shot near the Sunny Spot Lounge last week and citizens are seeking to have the bar shut down permanently.

Last week, 24-year-old was killed at the Sunny Spot Lounge in Cleveland Heights and now city officials have called the bar/restaurant a "danger to the surrounding community" and seek to have it closed.
A judge granted a temporary restraining order according to court records and on Monday afternoon is expected to decide if the Sunny Spot Lounge should be shut down for good, reports Cleveland.com.
Judge Jose A. Villanueva described the bar at 2204 Noble Road as "a danger to the surrounding community in light of recent incidents."

Last week, Dejon D. Forbes was found in a parking lot after sustaining gunshot wounds, he later died at University Hospital.
28-year-old Stephen Johnson has been charged with aggravated murder in the case. Antonio Longino who was to try out with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent, was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence in a homicide investigation.

According to records, police have been dispatched to the bar for multiple fights and violent incidents.
