Video: Should Students and Teachers Be Friends on Facebook?
The subject was discussed at a CHUH School Board work session April 19, so we asked people what they thought

" with my kid on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, MySpace or blogs," said Nancy Peppler, school board member.Â
While the district has acceptable use policies for e-mailing and texting students, it does not have one for social media because of the many nuances and the inability of school officials to properly enforce it. The policy simply asks teachers not to use social media to communicate with students.Â
