Different outcomes for co-defendants in drug case (coshoctontribune.com) — A Coshocton woman avoided prison and was sentenced to three years of community control in Coshocton County Common Pleas Court for a meth-related drug charge that sent her co-defendant to prison for at least seven years. Her plea deal reduced the felony level but requires treatment, full-time employment, child support payments, and strict compliance or she could face up to 36 months behind bars.
