The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is now available for children ages 5-11. Dayton Children’s Hospital is providing vaccine clinics on the days and times listed below. To schedule an appointment for your child, please visit Ohio’s vaccine management solution.

Families should visit Ohio’s vaccine management solution to make an appointment at one of Dayton Children’s clinics.
